It's easy to recognize Cardinal Stritch (left, with mitre). The prelate to the far right in cappa magna looks like cardinal Spellman, the cardinal to his right looks like McGuigan and whoever recognizes the fourth cardinal grabbing his biretta is really, really good!

The cappa magna seems to be unusually shiny. As I understand, this is kind of an Asian thing, as people there like their silk this way.
