... that this is actually "just" a canon. But it's true: Chanoine Deharbe of Soissons/France.

    This French canon is just wearing the traditional dress of the Soissons cathedral canons (winter style - this mozetta was suppressed in 1922) : mozetta, black mantle without rain, pectoral cross.
