Random obscure photo week (III)

Here are two bishops I've been carrying around on my laotop for quite some time now without being able to find out who they are:




I have a gut feeling that maybe both but at lest the second one is from the USA.

Any ideas?

    The first one is Archbishop Michael Curley of Baltimore and before that Bishop of St. Augustine, Fla.

    The 2nd is Bp. Thomas J. Toolen of Mobile, Ala.
