  1. I am not sure if this has been addressed before, but it seems that Nuncios have the priviledge of wearing watered silk (moire)? is that correct? I find no mention of it in the Costume of Prelates by Nainfa.

  2. all papal legates a latere (cardinals and nuncios). Poor Siino! No one told him to remove his manteletta before putting on the cappa magna.
