The breaks I take may suck, but the good thing is: I always return with some new photos. This one is interesting.
It shows Archbishop Luigi Accogli, apostolic nunzio to the Republic of China (since the 1970ies commonly known as Taiwan), in the Cathedral of Taipeh in 1967, when he was welcomed as nunzio. This is the first and therefore only photo in which I have seen a nunzio's cappa magna in color.
