Hi Ladies!
Unfortunately I don't have any information who this bishop is. Maybe some of you have an idea?!
[UPDATE: Fr. Selvester comes to the rescue: "That is Thomas Molloy who for 35 years was Archbishop-Bishop of Brooklyn. He was named a bishop at age 34 as auxiliary of Brooklyn. Both he and his successor (Bryan McEntegart) were named personal archbishops even though Brooklyn is a diocese." Thanks, Father!]
