Michał Stefan Cardinal Radziejowski (1645-1705)
He was the archbishop of Gniezno and primate of Poland. After the death of the Polish king John III Sobieski, he functioned as Interrex until the choice of a new king.
Those little red bows on the cuffs are almost a bit too cute. But then again, his era was the heyday of Baroque, so I'll happily let him get away with it.
