Does anybody know anything...

... about these really spiffy prelatial coats?

They are grecca-long, buttonless but have fur collars and fur lining. So far I have only seen bishops and cardinals from Poland wearing them.

Stanisław Adamski, bishop of Katowice from 1930 to 1967

Stanisław Okoniewski, bishop of Chelm from 1926 to 1939 (right) and Jozef Szydzik, honorary prelate

Karol Cardynal Wojtyla in the winter of 1967.
