Here are two photos for my European readers.
I recognize Thomas Louis Heylen, second from left, bishop of Namurs, Belgium from 1899 to 1941 (!). I have no idea who the other prelates are, not even the one in the middle, who seems to be the main character in these pictures.
Does anybody have any idea?

I'm not sure who they are, but the 2nd guy from the left had too much grappa!
